This plenary session interview will focus on Professor Thomson’s 2023 book, The Way Forward for Legal Education, published by Carolina Academic Press. While we encourage participants to read the book, conference attendees may also find it interesting and helpful to read the (shorter) Journal of Legal Education review, authored by long-time American Bar Foundation researcher Stephen Daniels. Audience members will be invited to submit questions to Professor Thomson during the session.
