Professional growth can be isolating even when working in collaborative environments. This session introduces the concept of Professional Partners: two professionals in the same field, with the same role, who intentionally connect on a regular basis to brainstorm, problem-solve, and support one another. In this session, we will share how forming a professional partnership helped us navigate challenges, gain clarity, and build confidence in our work. Attendees will learn how to identify the right partner, structure effective check-ins, and use this model to overcome common professional obstacles. The session will empower participants to leave with a clear plan to find or become a professional partner.
